This module empowers participants to what is at the heart of effective leaders, the values, mindset, skillsets and roles of transformational and effective leadership.

Transformational Leadership

This workshop empowers leaders to “tune into” themselves (values, needs, passion & strengths) and achieve greater self-awareness of their “light”/strengths as well as their “shadow”/potential risks through guided reflection, conversations as well as profiling using the StrengthsFinder 2.0 tool. Only when leaders truly know and understand themselves, can they lead authentically and be able to effectively impact and influence their subordinates. Participants will be led through strategic conversations on key leadership concepts and challenges they faced as leaders in their work place.

Envisioning & Strategic Planning Retreat

The envisioning & strategic retreat allows organisation to review and take stock of their progress and identify current strengths & areas for improvements (challenges & possibilities). It also allows for alignment and re-envisioning for the future and for the organisation to identify her strategic thrusts/Big Rocks to propel them to greater heights.

In this module, participants will reflect on the 3 pillars and 5 disciplines of Learning Organisation to empower their organisations to achieve greater heights.

In a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) world where the only constant is change, learning how to manage change, quickly and effectively, has never been more crucial. In this module, participants will learn the psychology of change, the change management process and how to initiate, embrace and sustain change in their organisations.
